PAYING WITH APPLE PAY

Hi, there! Please DOUBLE check to ensure your FIRST and LAST name is input into your saved Apple Pay information. If it is missing one section (your first or last name), it will give you an error and your order will not be processed. We want to ensure your order reaches you!

SHIPPING

We are a different kind of company that focuses on sustainability, quality and long-term value. With this, our orders take time to reach you as we develop your design upon order. Once your order is complete, it is sent to production. You should receive your shipment within 10-14 business days. In rare cases, there are slight variations to this timeframe where you may receive your order sooner or later due to holidays, weather conditions, political climates, pandemics, etc. Please feel free to contact us regarding the status of your order if it falls outside of this timeline.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Hi, there! Please DOUBLE check size, color, and amount! Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you must contact us within 7 days of intended product delivery and opt for either a replacement or refund. Proof is required as we verify shipment internally.

Provide clear photo(s) showing the issue. Please note, intentional fraud, damage to or theft of the product will disqualify you from the above options. Free replacements and refunds are processed within 30 days of approval of your case.
